*This limited-space, 4-week pilot program is designed as a soft entry into coaching—a grounded, confidential space offered on a flexible sliding scale to help you catch your breath, process transitions, and find clarity without adding financial panic. Over four weekly 1-hour virtual sessions, we will focus intensely on one immediate roadblock, giving you practical anchors to combat discouragement and reclaim your momentum. $150 (Supported Rate): Choose this if you are experiencing significant financial strain, dealing with sudden job/income changes, or basic expenses feel heavy right now. $200 (Sustaining Rate): Choose this if your income is stable and you can meet your basic needs comfortably, but a standard coaching package feels just outside your budget right now. $250 (Full Pilot Rate): Choose this if you are financially stable, employed, and have the means to pay a rate closer to standard value, which helps keep the lower tier open for others.
Cancellation Policy
To book your virtual 4-week coaching pilot, please select your first immediate available date and time on our calendar. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking and sliding scale selection are confirmed. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that life happens, especially in demanding times. If you need to reschedule an individual session with less than 24 hours' notice, we are happy to waive any late fees for your first occurrence as an act of grace. Subsequent late-notice reschedules within the 4-week container will incur a modest $25 administrative fee to secure your new time slot. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Because this pilot program features a deeply discounted sliding scale ($150 - $250) and limited spots, sudden cancellations heavily impact our practice. If you choose to cancel your 4-week program entirely with less than 24 hours' notice before your first session, a full refund cannot be issued. A flat 50% cancellation fee based on your chosen sliding scale rate will be retained to cover the dedicated calendar space reserved for you, and the remaining balance will be promptly refunded to your original payment method. Example breakdown: • If you chose the $150 rate: $75 is retained / $75 is refunded. • If you chose the $200 rate: $100 is retained / $100 is refunded. • If you chose the $250 rate: $125 is retained / $125 is refunded. Waitlist Policy: Because this pilot is strictly limited to exactly 3 spots this month, if our sessions are fully booked, you may join our waitlist. In the event that a spot opens up, we will contact you immediately.
